Vision & brief
Green Valley Farms at Bhankhrota is a 2024 plotted development organised into the Aravali and Vindhyachal blocks. The master plan connects individual plots, movement and green areas within a legible overall structure, giving each part a relationship to the larger site.
Design response
Internal roads of 12 and 18 metres establish the circulation framework shown in the plan. Plot groupings and distributed green spaces relate to that network and to the site boundary. The design emphasis is on a legible arrangement in which individual plots remain connected to the overall organisation.
Material & detail
At this scale, the principal design detail is the relationship between components: where routes meet, how blocks are defined and how open areas are distributed. The master plan makes these connections legible, with the project narrative focused on the organisation of land, access and shared green space.
