ASD / Archive — ShilalekhThree beliefs. One lived experience.

Belief, carved
into experience.

Before a space takes shape, a belief does. Three principles, carved into stone at our studio, guide the way we design.

Three carved stone panels at ASD Studio reception: the human figure, balance and craftsmanship
The belief, made tangible
Experience, not just design.

Drawings are a means. How a space feels, works and adds value to life is the outcome.

The art of transformation

A room moves from empty shell through idea, material and light to a lived-in space.

Each exercise is a focused interactive interpretation of its original motion study. The model studies interpret spatial ideas rather than reproduce exact project geometry.

From playful exploration to professional delivery

Behind every effortless space,
a rigorous process.

Design consultancy

  1. Listen: lifestyle, site constraints, aspirations and budget.
  2. Explore: concepts, layouts and design studies.
  3. Resolve: materials, lighting, services and detailed drawings.
  4. Document: agreed specifications and design handoff.

Procurement and construction remain with client-appointed teams. Site reviews, specialist coordination and approval assistance are defined in the appointment, not assumed.

Turnkey solution

  1. Align: brief, design, scope, inclusions and budget.
  2. Approve: drawings, samples, specifications and programme.
  3. Deliver: material procurement and coordinated execution.
  4. Check: systems, finishes, snag resolution and handover.

A with-material service under an agreed scope. Payment stages, warranties, exclusions and responsibilities are settled before execution.

The desk is a learning experience, not a site survey, climate simulation, lighting calculation, cost estimate or construction drawing. Diagrams and material samples are illustrative. Photograph overlays demonstrate atmosphere, not measured performance or a documented change to the project. Actual design considers orientation, season, services, structure, local regulations and specialist input.

Your information, your choices. Read how enquiries and preliminary estimates are handled, and how to use this website responsibly.

Read privacy, data protection & website-use notes

Staging review version · Updated 1 October 2026. These notes describe this development website. Final legal and operational review is required before production launch; this is not a certification of compliance.

1. Who to contact

ASD Studio, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India operates this studio website. For privacy questions, correction or deletion requests, withdrawal of consent, security concerns or grievances, contact info@asdstudio.in, with “Privacy request” in the subject, or call +91 88669 45111. Please include only the details needed to locate your enquiry; do not send passwords, OTPs or identity documents in an initial request.

2. Information you share & why

Enquiries and the Project Planner may collect your name, email, telephone number, project city and region, project type, areas, budget, timing, design preferences, layout requirements and any notes you choose to provide. ASD uses these to respond, prepare indicative estimates, discuss the project and arrange requested follow-up. Optional layout and special-request fields can be left unanswered. Please describe accessibility needs as design requirements, without medical records, diagnoses or other people's private details.

Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request times and technical logs to operate and protect the site. The planner uses protected email/IP identifiers to limit abuse. You may browse without submitting a project brief. Required contact fields are needed for the verified PDF service; alternatively, contact the studio directly.

3. Email verification, consent & preliminary PDFs

When you request a detailed estimate, your form submission is processed to send a six-digit email code. After verification, a private estimate link is sent to you and the enquiry is shared with ASD. The code is valid for 10 minutes and the private link for 24 hours. Email verification does not verify the mobile number or establish legal identity. Keep codes and download links private.

The planner's consent covers verification, estimate delivery and this enquiry—not a marketing subscription. Browsing this website is not consent to unrelated processing. You can withdraw consent or ask ASD to stop follow-up by email; doing so may prevent further handling of your request, without undoing lawful prior processing. Any future optional marketing requires its own appropriate permission.

4. Providers, cookies & international processing

The website uses WordPress.com/Automattic hosting and related site services, Brevo for transactional email, studio email services and the Smash Balloon Instagram feed. Enquiries sent to the studio may also be handled in its connected email inboxes. These providers receive information needed for their respective functions; lawful disclosures may also be required to authorities or professional advisers.

Cookies or similar technologies may support sessions, security, preferences and site measurement. Instagram content, external media, WhatsApp and other linked services may receive technical information or apply their own cookies and privacy policies when loaded or opened. Browser privacy settings can restrict cookies, but may affect features. Where a cookie-preference control is displayed, use it to review choices. This notice is not a substitute for prior consent where required, and does not claim that every non-essential service is currently blocked before consent.

Providers may process information outside India. Applicable transfer restrictions and safeguards depend on the provider, destination and governing law; website use alone is not blanket consent to international transfers. Before launch, ASD must confirm provider arrangements, processing locations and any required safeguards. Ask the studio for information relevant to your enquiry.

5. Retention & security

Temporary planner verification and private-link access have the expiry periods above. Expiry does not erase emails, downloaded PDFs, backups or studio correspondence. Enquiry and project records need a retention period based on the ongoing enquiry, any resulting appointment, legal recordkeeping and dispute requirements. A final retention/deletion schedule for inboxes, provider logs and backups remains subject to ASD's pre-launch review; no automatic deletion of all records after 24 hours is promised.

The planner uses HTTPS, encrypted temporary payload storage, time-limited access and request limits. No online system or email channel can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected disclosure promptly to the contact above; do not publish another person's estimate link or personal information.

6. Your choices, rights & children

Contact ASD to request access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal, or raise a grievance. Depending on the law that applies, additional rights may include restriction, objection, portability or nomination. ASD may need proportionate identity verification and will assess requests against applicable deadlines and lawful retention exceptions. You may approach the relevant data-protection authority where a complaint route is legally available; nothing here limits statutory rights.

The enquiry and estimate services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Children should not submit personal information through these forms. If a child has submitted information, a parent or guardian should contact ASD so the submission can be reviewed and handled appropriately.

7. Website content, credits & estimates

Project photographs, drawings, films, text and design material belong to ASD or their respective credited owners. Viewing does not grant a licence to reproduce, commercially reuse, misattribute or construct from this material. Seek permission from the relevant rights holder, subject to uses permitted by law. Do not misuse forms, interfere with the service, introduce harmful code or submit information you are not authorised to share.

Visualisations, studies and interactive tools are illustrative and may differ from completed work. Preliminary estimates are budget-exploration aids based on supplied inputs—not a final quotation, offer, contract, valuation, statutory certificate, RERA certificate or document intended for legal, lending or approval purposes. ASD may revise assumptions or decline a proposed engagement following review. Only an expressly agreed written scope and appointment establishes professional services. These notes do not exclude liabilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Applicable framework & changes

Applicable Indian law governs the relevant processing and website activities, including India's DPDP framework as its provisions come into force. EU/EEA, UK or other privacy laws apply only where their territorial and substantive requirements are met. These notes are not a claim of universal “international compliance” or ISO certification. Updates will be dated here; materially different uses of personal information require an appropriate notice and, where necessary, fresh consent.
