Vision & brief
At Elements Mall in Jaipur, 405 TCC Office gives a compact workplace the composure of a more generous setting. The interior brings an executive workspace, team desks and a welcoming arrival into a consistent material language, with professional clarity rather than spectacle as its defining quality.
Design response
The design question is how to distinguish different modes of work without making the office feel fragmented. Glazing and fluted glass maintain a visual relationship between spaces while moderating direct views. Timber-lined surfaces and furniture placement give the executive area a more contained character; the workstation room remains straightforward and ordered. Each zone is identifiable without relying on a completely different palette.
Material & detail
Green upholstered seating adds a softer note to the entrance lounge. Timber-edged desks, louvred joinery and sheer curtains bring a fine-grained rhythm to the rooms. The contrast between these tactile elements and the precise glazed boundaries gives the office its character. It is a workplace interior shaped around proportion, useful detail and the experience of arriving, meeting and returning to focused work.
