Strong volumes, filtered light.
A contemporary villa shaped by strong volumes, filtered daylight and an interior palette that moves between natural warmth and crisp architectural surfaces.
Vision & brief
Royal Park Villa on Gandhi Path West, Jaipur, brings architecture and interiors into a residential language of strong volumes and filtered light. The project balances a defined architectural framework with the softer, more personal qualities of domestic space.
Design response
The design response lies in the relationship between enclosure and openness. Strong surfaces establish the composition, while daylight gives those surfaces depth and variation. Inside, the shift between crisp architectural elements and warmer finishes keeps the rooms connected to the building without making them feel purely formal.
Material & detail
The interior palette uses contrast to give the home its character: natural warmth sits against cleaner surfaces, with furniture and light bringing the experience back to a human scale. The project is read as a coordinated whole rather than a sequence of independently decorated rooms. Its residential quality comes from that continuity between the architecture seen on approach and the spaces inhabited every day.
