Room to slow down.
Space to grow.

Heritage Green Infra is a landscape-led plotted development where individual farmhouses open onto generous gardens, shaded terraces and spaces for outdoor life.

Vision & brief

Heritage Green Infra in Lucknow considers the farmhouse as part of a wider landscape-led community. The design brings individual plots, shared recreation and movement routes into one setting, while the farmhouse architecture explores how private outdoor life can feel generous without losing a sense of belonging to the development.

Design response

The central planning question is the relationship between the whole and the individual home. Tree-lined routes and planted boundaries create transitions from the wider site to private gardens. At the house, an extended pitched roof gathers interior rooms and sheltered outdoor areas into a recognisable composition. Pool, lawn and pergola form distinct places to spend time rather than residual spaces around a building.

Material & detail

White volumes meet timber surfaces, stone paving and fine metal profiles. Grass joints and layered planting soften the meeting of constructed and planted ground. These details support a sequence of arrival, gathering and retreat at both community and domestic scales. With a project year of 2030, the master plan and architectural design establish a long-term framework for the relationship between homes, shared landscapes and movement.

The master plan is reproduced from the original project document.
